Gary,

I took a look at the frequency with Spectran, and I do see a signal that
looks like rough CW (see screenshot) It's just audible here, with the
Spectran audio filter narrowed right down. The tone is rather rough, and I
don't think it is an intentional amateur transmission.

Gary,

I don't see the "D" signal here. I have another funny repetitive signal on
136.356 kHz (see screenshot), but I don't think it's the same thing.

Hi All,

I have been seeing a trace on my Spectrum Lab for a couple of hours or more
which I have not seen before, it seems to be a continuous string of D's sent
at qrss03 rate & on a frequency of about 136.364KHz. Does anyone claim it?

Regards,
