There were four North American signals on the CT1DRP screen last night, WD2XES, WD2XKO, VO1NA and WD2XDW. Here appeared only 3 North American signals. Nil from Laurence, WD2XDW. They all peaked at different times, but did appear together in one shot around 0420 UTC. The best signal was from Dex, WD2XKO, but he did fade out earlier than the higher-latitude stations. Best time for the US-signals was 05:00-07:00 UTC. NA was strong 21:00-00:30 and 07:00-07:30 UTC VO1NA was the last to fade out after CT1 sunrise, confirming Hartmut's earlier observations. During good daytime propagation in the past VO1NA faded 10:00-11:00 and 16:00-17:00 UTC. Captures can be seen here: http://www.h-wolff.de/Latest%20LF.htm 73 Hartmut Locator:JO52ho www.h-wolff.de |
