Hi John,

Yes, of course 5 or 2.5 symbols is *slower* than the original WOLF implementation. The goal was to squeeze a few dBs less required SNR out of it. Whether this helps on a really weak signal has still to be proven - because WOLF can already integrate over a larger number of blocks. If it runs slower, it also has less previously accumulated data bits from previous blocks.

P.S. Ko- no copy on "half speed WOLF" on 3597 kHz yet. The RTTY contesters are a bit too strong still.
