Do you need some more firewood? How wide do you have it clear cut to the ground for the vertical now? Any tree eats up the low freq signal and even more so when the air temp is near or above 32f or 0c.

Congrats to you as well!   I'm still working on improving my
ERP.  Unfortunately, getting bits and pieces that can't be
found in the junkbox is holding me back. I will be placing
a mail oder soon.  In the mean time I'm still running dot 120
on 137.777 kHz and hoping one day you might copy it.
