That is the frequency I use for DFC39 & calibration checks, I also use the BBC transmitter on 198.00 KHz.
 
Some more experienced operators use LORAN lines for very precise calibration but I can't advise you on that, maybe one of the others can.

 To calibrate the LF receiver i would like to know the exact frequency of the DCF39 transmitter( MARK). Is 138830.000 Hz OK?
Would anybody help me?
