Dear Group, this evening our frequency allocation near 135.922 kHz did not work out too well: CT1DRP came very close to RA3YO, and G3AQC ran into both of them later. It looks like Europe has grown so wide that we can't all see one another ;-) As I am sitting pretty much in the middle here, my screen grabber could be used to assist frequency selection. To save the data bandwidth of loading all three images, the Eu window can be accessed directly as http://members.aol.com/df6nm2/testEu.gif (typically about 140kB, every 20 minutes). To avoid crowding around 921.5, it might also be helpful if we knew the ZL receive window limits beforehand. I have received an Argo120 from Bob ranging 920.7...922.32, and Mike used to watch 920.4 ... 922.02. My suggestion would be to settle on something like 921 to 922.6 as a common receive range for high-resolution work. 73 and best of luck to all Markus, DF6NM |
