This next week 19-26th Feb Laurence KL1X/M will be LF RX from Mexico in
square area EL60 on the East coast of the Mayan Peninusular, South of
Cancun, looking for EU and Stateside/VE/VJ et al Lowfer and Part 5/Ham

local bar or worse. Its between 8000-9000Kms to most places in Eu but know
its "dooable" given previous operations from XE and TI on LF
Operation will be from the car with IC706Mk1 L400B quad magmount, Argo
and
Dellboy computer in a Hired Corsa (shd be cosy). No TX on HF sorry.

Previous operations from XE on the Pacific coast in Sept 2003 did net
DCF39 but conditions at that time were poor and no other Eu stations were
seen.
Part 5 WD2XDW will continue "on" in remote operation or till the main
house
breaker trips.
