 a very cool remark, thanks.... that's a thing that surely must be 
taken into consideration...
let's declare open a contest for the first who will find a precoding scheme
so that there is a guarantee that only a given maximum number of 
carriers are ON
at a given instant. That number could be a parameter.

First prize :  a free copy of the forthcoming THESEUS program (which 
will be released
not earlier than mid 2005, bar now unforeseen delays...)         :-)
