Dear Jeff, LF Group,

The beacon is now running on 137.700kHz - it is transmitting QRSS3 with a long CW identifier in a repeating 10 minute cycle. I shall keep it running for the next few hours, assuming no thunderstorms or other problems here; any reports would be very welcome.

I'm afraid I have no VHF equipment here at the moment Jeff, so I guess it will have to be via e-mail for now,

Cheers, Jim Moritz

 Hello Jim and the list,

OK for 1900z, i am very enjoy to receive your signal from the West coast of France with the
new equipment. This morning it's very clear in audio, only some cracks time to time in the
background. When i turn the loop, i "notch" DCF39 more than 30 dB, the directivity is very
impressive.I thing i will continue in this way, big loop and high Q!
Are you QRV on 2 meters or 6 for a possible contact en SSB? ( The station is F6IFR)
We are in hollidays at this present time, and no problem for free time...

See you his night evening Jim!

 Cheers, Jeff / F6CWN

PS: Normaly the mouving thing is clear now! ( it was a little ant growing on the page!)
