Thankyou to M0BMU, RU6LA and ON7YD for your replies, which have provided me with enough information to dismiss shunt feeding.I have a sling shot which I can loop over an outcrop on the structure at around 20m AGL, from which I will use an insulated wire down to a dustbin formed coil. Geoff PS Ed, my power will not approach 1W ERP with my projected antenna. |
