Yes Bob I realise that I am pushing things rather a lot, hence the big shift in emitter resistance , however it does work and others may be interested. Regarding the mechanism behind your idea could it possibly be a form of Miller effect as in valve technowledgy ? perhaps the base emitter capacitance depends on the emitter current. Hopefully someone oin this group more knowlegable than me can comment. 73 Laurie. |
