Just a 'heads-up' for those interested in the topic of GPS DOs-(Disciplined
Oscillators)
as so far there hasn't been much publicity about this avenue of
attack-other than in the EME crowd.

 Andy,
for a purely timing application (disciplining of an ovenized xtal),
which brand and
model would you suggest, among the low-cost ones ? I am not interested
in what comes
out from the serial port, just the jitter and precision of the 1pps
signal. TNX.
