LF: QRSS10 by PA0SE

I am grateful to CT1DRP, DF6NM, DJ2LF, G3NYK,  KL1X, M0BMU and
W4DEX for comments and/or reports on my QRSS10 beaconing on 13/14
December.

I did not span the Atlantic but will certainly have another try when
propagation is more favourable.

But first the transmitter must be made sufficiently frequency stable for
QRSS30 or 60.
