Hi John and all,
Can anyone confirm whether this is the intended URL?
http://www.qsl.net/mmhamsoft/mmana/
Yes, that is correct, and it is the "official" site.
It appears that the original URL or URLs were supposed to be in an image file
that did not make it through the reflector to my mailbox.
IMHO, that is not true. Dick's message was in HTML with an embedded image.
His Eudora formatted it correctly, the reflector passed it just fine, and
it's almost certain that the AOL server stored it properly in your mailbox.
The likely cause of your trouble is that you're still using AOL 4.0. The
current version is 8.0! I've included the image as a normal attachment,
which should display in-line with modern clients, and should be downloadable
with antiques.
The URL above in English, plus http://membres.lycos.fr/radio14wp/ in
French (with a charming MIDI rendition of the Nat King Cole favorite,
"Impossible"), are the only ones I've found via Google so far that are
not principally in Russian or Japanese characters. Is there some other?
Which one seems to have the most current version?
There seems to be some confusion. The current English version is 0.72,
but one can find versions numbers as high as 1.77 in other languages.
However, those files are older (2000), and smaller (~538 KB),
so I believe that they have less functionality.
