My last night of receiving will be the 24th - I leave on the evening of the
25th and back to KL7 by evening 26th. I might have my tx licence by
then....then perhaps not...
Loop and rx have worked very well under intense qrn and very pleased with
the results. The 870 with NB on AGC fully off works better than I would have
thought possible given the levels of static crashes.
Please see attachment and see if the sigs belong to anyone - its a bit low
of the main acitivity and Ill reconfirm the freqeuncy when I get back to KL7
and recalibrate/check. Taken at dot 30
Nothing last night. I think the Iono thru Geo/Solar has been very unkind but
heyho thats what research is all about.
I spoke too soon about the storms - the tent was 3 inches deep at 1300 - Ive
moved it too higher ground and that got submerged. Frogs loved it. Loop
doesnt seem to care much about the rain..Im probably loading the Q down with
the single turn anyway.
