Hugh,

Can you confirm that it is the callsign of a Naval transmitter at Halifax,
Nova Scotia.


That's what it is. They have been operating on 137.0 kHz for the last two
days. Hopefully, this is just part of their annual program to burn the dust
and cobwebs out of the transmitter.
