Not sure whether this is news, but I've just received a copy of Poland's National Frequency Allocation Table that includes the following footnote: POL.1 The band 135.7-137.8 kHz may be used by amateur service on a secondary basis, the amateur stations shall use A1A emission class only and the output power not exceeding 1 Watt e.i.r.p. 73 John, G3WKL |
