There was a sudden 15 dB drop in the 75 kHz HBG signal received here in NC at just before 0600 UT. Looks like it was down for about half and hour then suddenly came back up to normal. The noise floor, which usually fluctuates with propagation changes, remained constant during this time. Transmitter maintenance maybe?
