Just now Ed RU6LA inform me he see Vlad's signal. Ed say the FREQ is
near nominal 136.1 but he do not tell what is error quantatively.
Also Ed tell dot and dash duration ratio is not very good. And he shell
send me screenshort. If Ed do not send screenshort to the group by himself
I'll forward it if I get.
