It's PNP silicon, VCEmax=100V, ICmax=8A, Diss 80W, Ft=4MHz, HFe 1000 (must
be a darlington) equiv to BD652 says Towers.
If you place the device heat-transferring surface downward, with the legs
facing you it goes BCE from left to right.
