Hi All,
I used Argo to record the spectrum around the ZL6QH frequencies last night, but nothing
seen of their signals. The pair of "twisters" that we saw last season were very
visible at 137789.90 and 137790.05 from 00.00 till 04.00 UT despite the loop being almost
at right angles to its direction at that time. Unfortunately this pair of sigs is almost
exactly where ZL6QH should be. Each of these signals has a bandwidth of slightly less
than 0.1 Hz. Extract from screen capture attached.
Also saw fine lines at 137790.80, 137790.35, 139789.48, 139789.40 and
139789.30. None of these are Loran.
Nothing seen of Larry's signals at 137789.4, but not surprising since loop in
wrong direction for Canada.
Monitoring is continuing until at least 18.00, the end of ZL6QH's transmission.
Still hopeful that something may be seen after local sunset here.
