Hi all, very little serious listening from me for some time now as mostly
what I am hearing these days is interference from TVs
Propagation ....the day-time levels seem to be getting back to normal after
the last big Geomagnetic storm. The CME produced with the flare on 28/29
Nov., that was forecast for today, does not seem to have given any
significant effects. I think the reason may be that its magnetic field lines
did not connect with the Earth's field (wrong orientation) and it probably
'bounced off'. There is some increase in Kp but only to about 3, which does
not seem to have a great deal of effect on LF. This means that night-time
levels should improve slowly with the rapid fading slowing and giving better
levels on peaks (Thanks to Brian CT1DRP for the plots of DCF39).
