Hello Mal

Your SPM12 wasn't intended to be "listened to" it was designed
specifically for level measuring.
I have some Siemens SLVMs that only have a meter and a pen
recorder output on the front panel, ie they weren't designed to
output audio.
My SPM19 will output USB and LSB audio using the 3.1kHz bandwidth
but there is no audio output from the narrower bandwidths.
