Absolutely exceptional signal at 23:55utc (computer clock running about 90s
fast) captured by both Spec-Lab and Argo using separate receivers, giving
18dB signal above the noise floor on 135921.7Hz +/- 0.2Hz.  At this
location no amateur signal has exceeded 6-7dB above the noise floor todate.
Is this exceptional propagation?
