Last night began with G3KEV at 0900, which is about 15 minutes BEFORE my
sunset. Mal's signal was very good for a while, and then seemed to drop to a
lower level, though it was still copyable.
Caught the very distinctive "AQC" that Laurie transmitted.
Also had G3YXM fairly clearly, but chance for a complete ID was thwarted by
the crash of my screen capture setup while I was out of the house from 2330
to 0030. Will try to do better tonight! His final "M" was crystal-clear.
M0BMU was quite clear in 7FSK mode, and I join others in wishing that it
could be moved farther from 135.922. I seem to recall that Jim announced he
would be out of email contact for the duration of the holidays, so he may
not be aware of the sentiments expressed.
A couple of other signals were seen, but not identified. Maintaining the
standard 1:3 dot/dash ratio would be a help with the weak signals.
I will attempt to post screen captures of 921 - 924 on the web every 15
minutes starting at 2300 tonight (or earlier if I get home from work in
time). I'll post the URL here when I start.
