While the true help file is not ready yet, waiting for Vittorio to
complete it, I wrote down some quick-and-dirty notes to
explain how to use the program.

When you expand the ZIP file, you obtain spectran.doc,
a Word 2000 document (guaranteed virus-free :-)
Only three pages, but maybe enough to get started.
