G'day All,
With all the interest in synchronised QRSS it might be a good time to draw
your collective attentions to some of the experimental modes I have been
pushing for over a year now.

Go to the URL below and scroll down to "Experimental Communications Modes".

The FDK method described there uses synchronised tone transmissions of 60
secs for each character. Actual tests (as against armchair analysis) have
shown that the usual method of trying to discern 60 sec lines on the
spectrograph is inferior to dumping all the signal into two bins and
deciding which are the two strongest tones in the channel. The software
then calculates the difference and decodes this difference as a character.

Have a look - you might consider if it has some merit.
