Got following from the databook :
2N6674 - silicon NPN - TO3 package - made by RCA

max. ratings :
Vcb = 450V
Vce = 300V
Veb = 7V
Ic = 15A
Pt = 175W
Ft = 15MHz
Cob = 500pF
Hfe = >8

connections :
collector on case
if you look at it from the 'hole' that is closest to the pins then emitor
is left and base is right.
