My data tables show the 2N6674 to be an NPN silicon transistor, with the
following params:
Max reverse voltage: 300
I max 20 amps
P 175 watts
gain 8 - 20 at 10 amps
working range up to 15 MHz
for use in power packs, relay drivers, coverters etc.
Same pin-outs as 2N3055

I did hear someone working you on 136 when I was in GI but I could not hear
you at that time. Next time I will also be on 73 khz.
