Hi all,
I bought at a ham fair last week 4 x SK1029 mosfets,
due to their quite low cost. A hand-written piece of paper placed
near them stated that they were 500V, > 10A units.
I have been unable to find on Internet the data sheet for this
component, manufactured by Toshiba. Does anybody have
a bit more info, ideally a data sheet ? TNX.
