Hi group,
found this fine Freeware spurii on URL: http://www.hydesign.co.uk The Spur Search program allows analysis of possible spurious products generated within a radio system using multiple oscillators.

One swept (eg 1st LO) and up to three fixed (eg 2nd LO / system clock etc.) can be specified and a search carried out to determine is any combinations of frequencies cause a product in, or traversing a bad of interest.

A very useful tool for discovering mysterious lines on my spectrogram-screen. The following table gives an impression of my working conditions near the big commercial stations DCF42 and DBF39:
the VFO is "Variable" (abt 1 kHz above rx-freq)!
