Hi Larry. 3C5 ferrite cores are manufactured by Ferroxcube and have a Uo of 3000. The equivalent is Indiana General 05P. This core material was used a lot in line output transformers in tube televisions some years ago. I hope this helps you because no one else that responded to your message seems to know what they are.
