To All from PA0SE
On April 16 2000 at 1000 UTC I received
G3WSC/P at Puckeridge at S9 + 20 dB.
That means an input to the receiver of
-73dBm + 20dB =
-53dBm.
Today, May 20 2000, I received M0BMU/P at
0917 UTC at
S8 = -73dBm - 6dB =
-79dBm.
That means that M0BMU/P was feeding
79dBm - 53dBm = 26dB less power to the Decca aerial than G3WSC/P did.
I wonder whether Derek and Jim can
confirm that.
Propagation cannot been different both
days on this ground wave path as I was receiving G4GVC at -84dBm as I always
do.
