LF: New e-mail address

I have just changed my ISP to save money (a service that's totally 
free - even the phone calls - has finally tempted me away from 
Demon)! 

Note that my new home e-mail address is:

mike.dennison@ntlworld.com

The work address remains the same.

My web pages will change soon, too, but I will announce when they 
are ready.
