... excellent idea! Perhaps we should even use ...per-km-squared... as that would be proportional to power density. And we might have to set a minimum distance like lambda/(2*pi) to exclude the near-field zone.
BTW: Your 10 mW DFCW was OOO here a couple of weeks ago with spectrogram, very interesting indeed. But tonight I can't see anything through the qrn.
