Congratulations! I observe that this decision amounts to the first formal LF
amateur allocation in the Western Hemisphere as well, since it apparently
applies to les départements de la Guadeloupe, de la Guyane, de la Martinique
et la collectivité territoriale de Saint-Pierre et Miquelon aussi.
