The special event station DF2BC/P - DQ0KBM is up and running with a big signal this morning. I was his first qso at 0921 utc/12052000. Reports 599 each way. He had not finished the installation completely and worked me by tapping two pieces of wire together to send cw, and the sending was perfect.
