From HB9ASB, JN36pt I've also tried the AOR 7030 and it is - from the performance side - a very good receiver (I would never buy it because of the design and operation concept). But a 500Hz filter is to wide for LF. Whenever you can, you should fit a 250Hz or narrower filter in a receiver for serious LF work. I also recommend the use of an additional narrow Audio-filter. 73 de Toni PS. The R-75 seems to be interesting for LF, has anybody already some experience? |
