To All
I have constructed a portable field strength meter for the 136 kHz band.
This makes it possible to determine your radiated power.
I have tried to send a description of the instrument via the RSGB LF-Group
e-mail reflector but it failed. Probably the message was too large to be
accepted by the reflector.
The description consists of six attachments to the e-mail. One attachment is
text in Word.Perfect 5.1. The other five are the circuit diagram and five
photographs, all JEPG-files.
I have sent this to a number of amateurs whose e-mail address I happened to
know.
One of those was Peter, DF3LP.
He replied as follows:

Hello dear Dick,
Thanks for description, interesting! I have uploaded all of
your files to my laboratory FTP-server including a converted
version of your WP5.1-text (to HTML, since I'm running LINUX
not WINxx).
Publish the FTP-address if you want. Unfortunately I'm
unable to upload them to qsl.net since it seems to be too
busy...
Here the address:
ftp://ftp.rz.uni-kiel.de/pub/nephro/nephlab/lp/pa0se/
(Since I'm very busy with my scientific work I have no time
working on LF these months. Hope to be back soon...)
Greetings from Kiel,

I am very grateful to Peter because this gives you the opportunity to
download the description of my field strength meter from the address given.
If for some reason this fails send me your e-mail address and I will e-mail
the description to you
