Hello Lowfers,


heard I5MXX calling CQ in normal CW on 8.4.99 at 19:15 UTC for abt. 3
minutes. The signal was very weak and hard to copy (RST 319). On the frequency he was 
transmitting we, in south germany, have a strong (S9) carrier which makes is
difficult to copy.
I5Mxx is the first I station I heard on LF.
