Does anyone know a source for hi current rectifiers. ie 50 - 100A at low voltage around 25- 50V So far I have only found low current high voltage devices on Internet. de mal/g3kev
What are you building with that high of a current rating? Low voltage high current FET amp??? Mike WE0H /16 Mal wrote: Tnx to all those replying. Will have to make a trip to Farnell Leeds its cheaper
Mike. Its the psu for my 136 khz TX. I need a few hundred watts to get 1W erp out. The amp FETS are low V high current. 73 mal/g3kev -- Original Message -- From: [email protected] Mike-WE0H To: rsgb_lf_
I have found some rectifiers MBR 6045 and although these would do the job, I notice the FORWARD/REVERSE resistance is a lot lower than normal silicon high curent rectifiers. de mal/g3kev
Have you looked at Farnell, Mal? There are several pages of rectifiers in their catalogue. Perhaps 365-932 might fit the bill. It is 70A with max 100V. But there are others. In a recent message, mal
