Dave, I had good luck with the LM2876 at 136 and 185 kHz: http://www.w1tag.com/5watt.htm But it's useless at 500 kHz. John, W1TAG 73 Dave, ZL3FJ No virus found in this incoming message. Checked by AV

Thanks for the replies - some useful amps noted. I'd like to find something that could be used up to 500kHz but I guess an audio amp that performs up to that frequency is likely to be a rare beast. I
