Same with WE2XGR/3 on January 8 and 20, 2012. Then WE2XGR/6 got into it, and had numerous TA reports on 600 meters in January and February. He has the advantage of substantial ERP. John, W1TAG / WE2X

John, The audio pass band for OP8 is 1600 > 1700 Hz , with 136.000 dial set usb , you need to aim for a tone frequency inside this. 1650 puts you dead centre , qrg of 137.650 , I think the guard band

Yes VE7BDQ is on 137.700 .. not sure for how long as some arcing problems in the loading coil.. should I be lower in the band ?? was thinking the center was 1700 Hz up from 136... maybe it's 1600 ??

That was a while back ! , but was that on 136 ? I remember .Bob in NY running on 500 with decodes west usa and west eu at the same time .. Looks like Stefan is running over night OP8 Just hope VE7BDQ

Graham, Jay and I both ran Opera on January 22 on 136 kHz. Had reports from W4DEX and others - no TA. John, W1TAG Looks like Stefan is running over night OP8 Just hope VE7BDQ is not exactly on 137.7
