Hi Peter, Suggest you experiment ! Two short pieces of ferrite are never as good as one long one, as anyone who has ever fractured a rod will know. I don't know of any "magnetic glue" which will join

Hi Julian, long rods are difficult to come by in small quantities. Rapid Electronics have 100mm long rods diameter is around 10mm I think P.No 88-3098 38p ea. in 25s They also have a longer rod with
