No mention of ITU or Radio Amateur on my Licence. More recent licences could be different. I did however communicate with others world wide. The first year was restricted to 25 Watts and CW only, the

I was able to copy some of these part 5 stations on normal CW and reported it at the time also like I said before, myself and MM0ALM were copied on normal CW by East coast USA stations in those days.
