1960.000kHz +/- 1Hz. It transmits on the hour and every 15 minutes using the same format as the 5MHz beacons, ie callsign up to );)7 seconds, 6dB rducing power steps to 0:16s, power steps again to 0:

Ah that's a point Bryan there are several under that cal sign, but the top-band one is one 1960kHz Alan
