Paul, I believe that Marcus reported a loss resistance ("ground loss") of about 1 kOhm. For Stefan: based on 250W/0.48A the total loss resistance should be 1085 Ohm. The coil (553mH, Q=82) counts for

Sri, i have to correct that: If taking my 553mH and a Q of 82 one arrives at R = 380 Ohm. I mentioned a R of abt 300 Ohm but this is the DC resistance. The difference might be due to the proximity ef
