Hello all, I have heard weak FSK on 136.6 kHz during morning hours only, can not use Spegram etc on LF until get my Rx --> PC interface QRM somehow cleaned. Will continue daily Field strength measure

Hi Peter, I am interested to see the .JPG picture, please... Suffer from bad ICM above 137.5 kHz, also something on 136.1..136.3, wonder if SXV is causing it. Checked CFH this morning around 0330 but
Hejsan Christer, Just curious - how do you calculate your Fs. 0.3 W at 2 km should give 68 dB(uV/m) 0.6 W at 2 km should give 71 dB(uV/m) Both calculating and measuring Fs is difficult. Main point is

Gamal, There was no need to measure other than *Green* freq's. It is a miracle that all 7 Green freqs have been possible to measure day after day. A lot of QRM. I'll produce a summary of measurements
CQ LF de Vaino, OH2LX, 2nd March 2000: Monitoring started at 2000 UTC. SXV 135.8 was weaker than normal, it slowly faded down with minimum around 2050, while background noise level increased some 15.
Hi Mike, Thanks for interesting pictures of CFH signal variation. You can certainly receive it much better than I can here. It is most probably due to my qth on higher latitudes. On 2nd March I weakl

Hi all, Some time ago I wrote a story for SRAL magazine about (LF) progation terminology with a drawing or a sketch showing the proposed radiated components* near the radiating short vertical monopol

Hi Larry, a very short comment follows: Assume your noise level depends on ionospherically reflected signals, possibly from natural sources as the case often is at least on lower latitudes. My corr g

Actually no reason to interfere in these discussions, but as late as in 1960's, I unambiguously refused to believe that measuring pure ground wave field strength can be so demanding, (not to talk abo
