Yes, Stefan: I'm still on air. My working conditions are the same they were in my last VLF transmissions (7-13 May). How about noise? Thanks for report. 73 de Riccardo IW4DXW Il Mer 3 Ott 2018, 16:36
Hi Riccardo, The noise at night has not been unusual high. Today it was very quiet in daytime however. Ich searched for your signal in daytime, from 6...16 UTC: N-S loop: 15.45 dB in 27.9 uHz E-W lo
Hi Markus, EbNaut It was me, with 80w from the D class PA I'm producing 180° phase shifts with xor at 2x the frequency to feed the PA. So it seems that the PA do also reduce phase shifts to half :(
Hi Riccardo, now i switched to the N-S loop in the 424 uHz window. It may give the best result in the spectrogram. If you like to try a message, don't hesitate :-) 73, Stefan Am 04.10.2018 00:30, sc

Hello Group, Planning a new single-ended Class E PA for my activities on the Dreamers Band (8.27 kHz) two questions came up - perhaps someone can help me: - Being interested only in on-off-keying I
Hi EbNaut Congratulations to both ! :-) This will be a funny tool and a great help for newcomers to EbNaut, as Tx is the easy part of the game Will be joining the "grabbepeater" as soon as I modify
Thanks, Marco! It's been years since my last transmission WSPR 2 in LF, I think :-) Ciao!! 73 de Riccardo IW4DXW Il Sab 13 Ott 2018, 18:20 [email protected] <[email protected]> ha scritto: Loud a
Hello Markus, FSKing the carrier a few Hz would be easy to implement and easy to detect. One option would be DFCW another would be WSPR. For both you would need no more than arduino board (or someth
Dear all, a few months ago there was a short discussion about a "revival" of the slower JT9 modes such as JT9-2 and JT9-5. These modes existed in early versions of WSJT-X, and had the advantage of a
Hi Chris, I think the safest switching method for your PA is to inhibit the driving circuitry in RX mode and introduce a "physical" delay, for example with a simple RC on the logic input of the same
Jay and Stefan, I attempted my first over the air EbNaut decodes last night using two separate receive systems. All appeared well but find that both instances of SL did not save the entire wave f
Hello Riccardo, Here is your decode from here. I just tried the 7 UTC message. Of course no problem but it looks like it stopped a bit early. Good luck and let's hope for some more professors. 73, S
Hi Riccardo, On which same QRG? Like last night or on my QRG? :-) Of course you can use my QRG if you use the odd half hour (xx:30). Your settings are fine i think. Maybe use 16K21A and just 3 chara
Ok, Markus. I'm pleased to accept the invitation :-) QRG: 137490 Hz 6 characters 8K19A CRC 16 3 sec./sym. Starting on even half hours (23:00, 00:00, etc.), no time delay. Many thanks GN, GL All the b
Riccardo Thanks for first EbNaut reception from your station. Just one decode ... but it was a Rank 0! Look forward to more decodes over the winter season. Jay W1VD Attachment: IW4DXW1115021
