Yes, Easily done with receiving antennas. The KPTF antenna here is 3.5 m high. 82 Hz wave length is 300 / 0.000082 = 3658536 m. Antenna height = 3.5 m = 1 / 1045296 of a wave length. Regards, Edgar M
